InMage Systems DR-Bundle Program Expands Disaster Recovery Offerings and Revenue Opportunities for Channel Partners
Affordable, Ready-to-Use Solution Integrates Disaster Recovery, Storage and Virtualization Technologies
SANTA CLARA, Calif. – October 21, 2008 – InMage Systems® (www.inmage.com), a leading provider of business continuity and disaster recovery (DR) software, is addressing market needs for an affordable, comprehensive data protection and recovery package with the introduction of the DR-Bundle program for channel partners. This comprehensive program provides InMage partners with the framework to rapidly design and deploy a one-stop solution around InMage’s flagship DR-Scout software. DR-Scout reduces the cost and complexity of organizations’ business continuity and disaster recovery strategies while drastically improving recovery time and recovery point objectives. The resulting plug-and-play bundle provides end users with server, storage, disaster recovery and virtualization technologies for one price.
“This program is an excellent opportunity for our VAR partners to strengthen their product portfolios with a cost-effective, out-of-the-box disaster recovery solution," said Chris Stack, Director of Channels, InMage Systems. “One of the barriers to implementation for DR, storage and virtualization technologies is that companies don’t have the budgets and IT resources to buy and manage all these products separately. Now they can take advantage of the DR-Bundle to conveniently acquire these technologies at once, and at a lower price than purchasing each one individually."
Based on patent-pending continuous data protection (CDP) technology, DR-Scout provides comprehensive protection and push button failover capabilities for widely implemented applications including Exchange, SQL, Oracle, BlackBerry Server, SAP and SharePoint. It can scale from small to large enterprises, addressing disaster recovery, continuous local backup and application availability.
The InMage DR-Bundle is a fully flexible and customizable, platform-independent offering. Partners can select their own storage, server and virtualization software vendors. Program highlights include custom solution design, joint marketing collateral and programs, and dedicated service and support.
